Michele Fuller is the Head of Teacher Development and HE Education for University Centre Colchester. She leads on the development and delivery of classroom-based and work-based Undergraduate and Postgraduate Higher Education programmes as well as the College’s wider Continuing Professional Development programme
Her personal interest in education focuses on motivation, and digital technologies, especially the increasing impact of generative AI in teaching, learning and assessment. Outside academia, she has a keen interest in art history, particularly animal representation in European and African art.
Michele is currently authoring two book chapters that analyse the influence of digital technologies and GenAI on pedagogical praxis in Further and Higher Education, with a specific focus on teaching, learning, and assessment paradigms.
