Level 3 Musical Theatre & Level 3 Dance
Please find below the required compulsory equipment & uniform to participate both safely and comfortably in a variety of practical sessions across your timetable. Long hair must be tied back for all practical sessions and all jewellery to be removed.
Students are also required to bring the appropriate equipment for classroom-based theory lessons.

Equipment Essential for your course
• Safety footwear (black – boots, shoes or trainer style)
• Rigging Gloves
• 30cm Ruler
• A range of H and B pencils
• Fine Line Pen 0.5mm tip
• Maths set (set square, protractor, compasses)
• Pen for note taking
• Notebook, folder
• Needle and Cotton
• At least one set of plain black clothing (no logos) for backstage work
• USB Memory Stick
Equipment recommended for your course:
• Access to a 64bit Computer (desktop or laptop)
• Safety Eyewear
• Overalls or clothes for painting
• A3 Drawing Board
• A3 Paper
• Coloured Pencils
• Fine Liner Set
• Headphones with lead and 1/8inch Jack (or 3.5mm Jack with 1/8inch adaptor)
• Basic Sewing Kit
• Try to save some money for any trips we organise.
If you have any specific requirements that are in conflict or addition to this list, please discuss this with the course leader or your tutor.
We usually run a trip to see a theatre performance and a backstage tour in London in the Spring Term. This usually costs around £50 dependent on the production, so it is worth putting some money aside for this.
