Early Years Employer Steer Group – Tuesday 31st October
We are contacting you as an Early Years Provider in the local area. At Colchester Institute, we support many providers with their apprenticeship and training needs. Whether we work with you currently, have done previously, or we are new to you, we would love you to join our employer steer group for Early Years.
We are creating a steer group of employers to help guide our future training. From now, September 2023, we are starting our first T-Level in Early Years. To ensure we provide the best possible experiences for students, we have heavily invested in the new Early Years Centre, not only, in providing state-of-the-art facilities but ensuring that all staff from senior leadership down are dedicated to providing students with everything required to succeed.
We really value your insight and input regarding the desirable soft skills that you would like to see in our students for greater opportunities for employment once qualified.
