Coaching Professional Apprenticeship Event – Wednesday 1st November, Virtual Event

Our Coaching Professional Level 5 Apprenticeship is the perfect fit for a range of sectors and organisations.

As Bill Gates said in one of his famous TED Talks: “Everyone needs a coach. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a basketball player, a tennis player, a gymnast or a bridge player. We all need people who will give us feedback. That’s how we improve.”

Our programme will allow apprentices to develop core knowledge and skills and apply these directly into the workplace.

Apprentices will explore a range of coaching techniques and approaches developing a tool kit that will allow them to design and deliver coaching plans and activities that directly links with and improve performance towards operational and organisational objectives and targets.We are holding two events, one in person and one virtual, so you can find out more about the key benefits of this fantastic apprenticeship.

Delivered over 16 months either classroom based or work based this apprenticeship is the perfect opportunity to develop and deliver coaching in the workplace that will deliver value for money.
