All jobs at Colchester Institute require a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, therefore you will be asked to complete a DBS check prior to commencing employment with the Colllege.
As part of the recruitment process you will be provided a link by our Resourcing team to eSafeguarding, an online DBS checking service designed to help make the process faster, more secure, easier and paperless, where you will be able to complete your DBS check.
There will be an additional cost of approximately £50 for a DBS check, which is deducted from your first wage slip.
Applicants should not attempt to undertake a DBS Check independently of any communications received from the College.
