Team Building at New Heights

Team Building at New Heights is designed for groups of 3-6 to improve teamwork and problem-solving skills. Participants will work together on a heights training tower, building trust and effective collaboration.

Whether you are an employer or self-employed, this is your chance to work as a team and develop new skills.

The aim of this course is to:

  • Experience and work through new challenges together
  • Enhance team communication and collaboration skills in an usual situation
  • Build trust and confidence among team members through joint problem-solving tasks
  • Improve individual and collective decision-making abilities under pressure
  • Foster a sense of mutual support and reliance within the team
  • Develop practical skills for working safely and efficiently at heights

This training will benefit managers, supervisors, team leaders, operatives or anyone who want to gain new skills and grow as a team.

  • How to work safely at height as a team
  • How to work together in an usual situation and overcome any obstacles
  • Different types of access equipment
  • Personal Protective Equipment – Harness, lanyards and anchor points
  • Question and answer session to develop together
