Team Building at New Heights
Team Building at New Heights is designed for groups of 3-6 to improve teamwork and problem-solving skills. Participants will work together on a heights training tower, building trust and effective collaboration.
Whether you are an employer or self-employed, this is your chance to work as a team and develop new skills.
The aim of this course is to:
- Experience and work through new challenges together
- Enhance team communication and collaboration skills in an usual situation
- Build trust and confidence among team members through joint problem-solving tasks
- Improve individual and collective decision-making abilities under pressure
- Foster a sense of mutual support and reliance within the team
- Develop practical skills for working safely and efficiently at heights
