Negotiation Skills Workshop

This course provides participants with a framework and skills to enable negotiations to be structured, professional and ethical. It will be a lively course with a lot of live practice and role play.

Training Method:

Sharing theory and structure leading quickly on to live practice. The group will be involved in feeding back on both their progress and that of their peers. Each delegate will leave with a “negotiation toolkit” which they will personalise during the session.
