From the moment she left school, Charlotte harboured a strong ambition to become a detective. Her journey officially began when she enrolled in the Level 2 Public Services course at Colchester Institute; her commitment and academic performance led her to advance to the Level 3 Extended Diploma where she continued to excel over two years, completing the course.
In an effort to further her education, Charlotte’s path took her to Colchester Campus, where she pursued a degree in Professional Policing at the University Centre Colchester. Her diligence and dedication paid off as she achieved a first-class honours degree, graduating on Friday 6th October.
Beyond her degree, Charlotte is actively participating in the two-year Investigate First Detectives programme, a crucial step towards her goal of becoming a detective.
