Colchester Institute Brick Donation
Colchester Institute was kindly donated over £4,000’s worth of London bricks from Forterra, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of building products.
The extremely generous donation will be invaluable to the students, supporting the next generation of brick layers.
John Watkins Assistant Area Head for Trowel Occupations and Associated Trades was delighted with the generous donation. “This is a fantastic gesture from Forterra, one that we are very grateful for. Our learners will benefit considerably from using new bricks for their upcoming practical assessments.”
Each year Forterra donate a large quantity of bricks to help the future generation of bricklayers through their support of construction colleges.
